Mmabatho Montse is the founder of Conscious Conversations, a transdisciplinary educational and multimedia commons and regenerative social enterprise that cultivates people, ideas, and initiatives through scholarship, public learning, collaborative inquiry, and conceptual accompaniment. As an independent scholar-practitioner, her work explores how people cultivate the capacities to live, learn, and relate more consciously during times of complexity, uncertainty, and change. Drawing on relational biology, educational theory, Africana Womanism, Indigenous knowledge systems, and transdisciplinary inquiry, she explores how attunement, relationship, coherence, and multiple ways of knowing cultivate the conditions from which new possibilities for learning, healing, leadership, and social transformation emerge. Through scholarship, creative inquiry, and public dialogue, she develops educational approaches that connect research with lived experience and collaborative practice.
