Phase 1 Active: We are currently in our foundational research phase, conducting qualitative inquiry through the Dialogic Lab and literature review to map the architecture of flourishing.

Current Progresses

  • Developing MAGICal framework (curriculum & metrics) for regenerative flourishing

  • Piloting an app to support the micro-activations on a global community level

  • Seeking out more diverse evidence-based guests; shifting episode air date to every (other) Sunday.

Mid-range level

  • Shifting evidence-based writing to Inquiries published later

  • Further streamline the podcast post-production, publication, and distribution process. It happens to be a more complicated process than expected. Exploring opportunities to incorporate AI agents

  • Proactively aligning with individual, organizational, and funding partners to support continued growth

Long-range level

  • Develop a vibrant global community of passionate leaders committed to world-building.

  • Explore XR retreat possibilities

  • Develop a global investment arm to support high-potential underserved (neurodiverse) creators.
